Apply by 20 January; takes place Feb-May 2025	Open to doctoral researchers & master’s students, especially those in biomedical engineering, software engineering, electrical engineering, IT for health, or similar.	Una Europa Epilepsy Data Challenge Are you ready to make a difference in the world of healthcare? In this challenge, participants will harness the power of Machine Learning to detect seizure events from data collected from over 200 epilepsy patients using a wearable device. The challenge kicks off in February with an online workshop, followed by release of the dataset to participants. Regular online Q&A sessions will be organised. In April, participants and Una Europa experts will come together in a joint workshop to present their findings and discuss their results with experts. More than 250 students participate in ESA annually with an aim to debate, first online and then in-person, issues that are central to students in Europe, draft policy recommendations on the future of Europe and advocate for them among stakeholders and decision-makers.
